Start of a New Year: 1st Exhibition (TeaYoun Kim-Kassor)

Aside from exhibiting a current body of fiber work, visiting artist and educator TeaYoun Kim-Kessor (Georgia College, GA), gave a workshop on ancient fiber techniques.  Students learned the basics of creating intricate patterns presented during the workshop.  Kim-Kessor noted that some of the tapestries would take months of tedious knotting to complete one work.
